Do you offer multiple workplace services in one place?
Yes. Elevated Health and Safety Solutions brings occupational health, workplace testing, safety training and compliance administration together under one roof. That can help employers simplify scheduling and reduce the need to coordinate multiple providers.
Can you help with DOT and employee compliance requirements?
Yes. We provide DOT physicals, DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, consortium services, DOT administration, background/MVR-related services and other compliance support designed around employer requirements.
Do you provide safety training for employees?
Yes. Our training options include OSHA 10 and 30, HAZWOPER, MSHA, HASC, Operator Qualification, PEC courses, First Aid/CPR/AED and general safety training.
Can you provide testing at our workplace?
Yes. We offer onsite and mobile drug and alcohol testing, including services for workplace accidents and reasonable-suspicion situations. Availability and response times depend on circumstances, location and weather.
Can employees get medical care at EHSS, too?
Yes. In addition to occupational services, we provide primary care and urgent care services, helping individuals address health needs without necessarily having to visit a hospital emergency department.
Do you work with companies that need ISNetworld or other compliance administration?
Yes. We provide administrative support for systems and programs including ISNetworld, DISA, Avetta, PEC/Veriforce, NCMS and DOT compliance.
How do you help employees understand their occupational testing?
We aim to make the process clear from start to finish. Our team can explain what a test involves, what information is being collected and what the next steps are. If you have questions about a specific examination or result, we encourage you to discuss them directly with our team.
What if an employee has questions or concerns after a test?
We want those concerns addressed promptly. Contact our office so our team can review the situation, explain the process and determine whether additional clarification or follow-up is appropriate.
Do you accommodate employer schedules?
We work to provide flexible scheduling wherever possible. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with evenings and weekends available by appointment. Certain workplace testing services can also be coordinated onsite or through mobile response.
Can you handle both routine and urgent workplace needs?
Yes. Our services cover planned employee onboarding and compliance requirements as well as time-sensitive needs such as accident and reasonable-suspicion testing. We also provide urgent-care services for individuals.
